All our staff are required to go through a structured training programme including but not limited to:

- Infection Control, COSHH
- Person Centred Care
- Catheter Care
- Food Hygiene
- QCFs in Care and/or Management

- Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
All our staff go through a 3 month induction period, must complete the Care Certificate and receive
paid induction training
